PRE-APPROVED SPECIAL PAYMENT PLAN 2025-2026 Marching Red Devil Membership Payment
I understand the membership dues are $750. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
‘This is only for students that have discussed a special payment plan with Dr. Mulcahy or a board officer.
The standard payment plan is available and is as follows:
-1st Installment due at time of registration- $250 due Thursday, April 3
-2nd Installment - $125 due by Saturday, May 3
-3rd Installment - $125 due by Tuesday, June 3
-4th Installment - $125 due Thursday, July 3
-5th Installment - $125 due Sunday, August 8 (show shirts will be passed out on this date to those paid in full or caught up on their established payment plan)
I understand that my account must be in good standing in order for items the band purchased specifically for my student’s use to be distributed to them i.e. shirts, bibbers, etc. I also understand that my account must be PAID IN FULL (including current and past due balance) by August 15, in order for my student to participate in the halftime Show.
Lastly, I understand that the band is self-funded, and my dues only make up a portion of the actual costs to the boosters for my child to march. Therefore, I agree to participate in ALL fundraisers to the best of my capacity to support my child and the Loganville Marching Red Devils Band program.
